<DIV style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; FONT-FAMILY: times new roman, new york, times, serif">Da poco amministro un condominio che nel 2006 ha effettuato dei lavori di manutenzione ad un terrazzo.. Ora il precedente amministratore mi ha consegnato la fattura relativa a questi lavori con data 31/12/06 e mi chiede il versamento alla ditta dell'iva. </DIV>
<DIV style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; FONT-FAMILY: times new roman, new york, times, serif">Vorrei sapere se dovrò effettuare la ritenuta del 4%. Se si, su cosa: sul saldo della fattura (sull'iva) o su tutto l'imponibile dei lavori? </DIV>
